Who receives your data
Only processors that help us run this website, bound by a processing agreement or their terms for business users: Netlify Inc., USA (website hosting and data storage; EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), Brevo SAS, France (newsletter e-mails), Pushover / Superblock LLC, USA (delivers the anonymous visit and sign-up notices to the phones of the artist and management; standard contractual clauses). Fonts are hosted on our own server — no data goes to Google. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing; you can withdraw consent at any time. E-mail info@ahouseofgems.com. Enkel verwerkers die ons helpen deze website te laten draaien, gebonden door een verwerkersovereenkomst of hun voorwaarden voor zakelijke gebruikers: Netlify Inc., VS (hosting en opslag; EU–VS Data Privacy Framework en standaardcontractbepalingen), Brevo SAS, Frankrijk (nieuwsbrief), Pushover / Superblock LLC, VS (bezorgt de anonieme bezoek- en inschrijvingsmeldingen op de gsm van artiest en management; standaardcontractbepalingen). Lettertypes staan op onze eigen server — er gaan geen gegevens naar Google. We verkopen je gegevens nooit.
Je rechten
Je kan inzage, verbetering, verwijdering, beperking en overdraagbaarheid vragen, en bezwaar maken; toestemming kan je altijd intrekken. Mail naar info@ahouseofgems.com.
